The average American consumes an average of 6,425 calories a month in alcoholic beverages. Using the USDA suggested a daily caloric intake of 2000 calories for the average American maintaining their weight as a standard, this means Joe Six Pack drinks over 3 days of extra meals every month. Since it takes roughly 3500 calories above your normal intake to gain a pound, we are looking at the average American gaining almost two pounds a month.

Want to lose weight? Try the patented “TDA Miracle Diet”… stop drinking.
