I like Russell Crowe the actor, but it seems he is an ass in real life. Apparently a hard drinker and a meaner drunk, Crowe has had more than his fair share of alcohol induced rude outbursts and physical confrontations. I still like his movies, so I’ll showcase the trailer to what looks to be a really good one along with the sincere wish that he cleans up his act. Hopefully he will not be just the latest celeb to screw up royally and scurry off to a mock rehab effort to clear his name, but I wouldn’t bet on it.
Until then, I’ll enjoy his movies and I am especially excited this one is a western. Glenn Ford, the star of the original 3:10 to Yuma had this to say about westerns:
“The Western is a man’s world and I love it.”
