News is just hitting that Whitney Houston has died at the young age of 48. Cause and location of death are unknown at the time. You already know why I am reporting this on a substance abuse site. I am sure that if alcohol and drugs were not the immediate cause of death in this instance, they know doubt played a huge part in dying at this relatively young age.
Hopefully she will be remembered for the voice she had before substance abuse robbed her of it and not the tragic tabloid fodder she has mired in for the last ten years.
