
It doesn’t matter if it is a bulldozer or a motorized bar stool, if you operate a vehicle on the public highways while intoxicated it’s still considered drunk driving. Dennis Anderson of Minnesota learned this lesson the hard way recently pleading guilty to DWI after he crashed into a parked car with his motorized La-Z-Boy. His blood alcohol level was .29, which is not only several times past the legal limit but edging into the zone where people start to lose critical faculties like bladder control and breathing.
